Here at Cooper's Heating & Air if you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied. We are constantly looking for feedback on how we are doing.
After every service call or installation, we send a feedback card to you the customer - to see how you rate us in different areas on our professionalism.
If you are not satisfied with a repair we will come back and fix it for free, and if you still are not satisfied we will refund your money for up to sixty days. The same promise applies to new installations: If you are not satisfied we will make it right, or refund your money for up to sixty days.
