Our Comfort Club Program provides a low cost, no hassle maintenance program designed to keep your air conditioning and heating system well-maintained and running at peak efficiency.  These services are designed to lower your energy costs while your system keeps you comfortable all year.

Comfort Club membership covers your air conditioning systems normal cleaning and maintenance, and provides for priority service and lower rates for emergency repairs - with no effort from you.  Each plan covers 2 visits per year.

Your regular visits under the Comfort Club Program cover cleaning and inspection of the condenser and compressor coils, inspection of the outside fan and inside blower unit, and cleaning and inspection of the drain pan and drip lines.  We also check Freon level and function in heating and cooling modes, including testing of the contacts and thermostat functions.

Comfort Club Programs can be custom tailored to include changing or cleaning of filters, replacement of UV lights, and any other HVAC services that you want performed on a regular basis.

Cooper’s Heating & Air takes care of it all.  We call to schedule your regular services at times that are convenient to you.  We maintain records for each of your systems, keeping track of all scheduled maintenance and any repairs or warranty services performed.  These records may be required by system manufacturers in order to keep your warranties in force.

As a Comfort Club member, you receive expedited service for emergencies, 10% off all repairs (labor and parts), and pay no overtime for after-hours services.

Comfort Club Programs are available to homeowners, property management companies, commercial businesses, and government.

                     2 Sytems/2 Services per Year = 219.00

Includes: Clean & inspect outside condenser, compressor, fan, contacts, and lines, clean and inspect inside blower, evaporator coil, drain pan and lines.  Seasonal services include testing of heating system (and lighting pilot) at Fall service, and testing of Freon levels and cooling functions during Spring service.

Our technicians will always give you a price in advance of doing any work or repairs not covered under the annual cost of your Comfort Club Program.
